Event Sales Associate
About the Role
We are hiring a fully remote Event Sales Associate to support event bookings across our locations. This is an entry-to-early-career sales role and a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales while helping deliver great experiences for guests.
What You'll Do
ā¢ Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital channels
ā¢ Prospect businesses, schools, and organizations in our markets
ā¢ Respond to inbound inquiries and assist in converting them into bookings
ā¢ Follow up with leads to keep opportunities moving forward
ā¢ Track leads, activity, and follow-ups in CRM
ā¢ Maintain organized records of all interactions
ā¢ Communicate with customers via phone and email
ā¢ Assist with event details and coordination
ā¢ Support smooth handoff to on-site teams
What We're Looking For
ā¢ 0ā2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
ā¢ Strong communication skills ā phone, email, written
ā¢ Highly organized and detail-oriented
ā¢ Willingness to learn and take feedback
ā¢ Comfortable working fully remote
ā¢ Positive, proactive attitude
Compensation & Setup
ā¢ Base salary + commission tied to event bookings
ā¢ Performance-based bonuses
ā¢ Fully remote ā U.S.-based, DFW preferred
ā¢ Reliable home office and high-speed internet required
ā¢ Flexible schedule; some evenings/weekends as needed
