Passionate about live events? As a remote Event Experience Planner, you’ll help coordinate unforgettable sports, concerts, theater, and specialty event experiences. If you’re organized, people-focused, and love managing details, this flexible role offers variety and the chance to create memorable moments for clients.
What You’ll Do
• Work directly with clients to plan and coordinate event experiences
• Research venues, tickets, vendors, and accommodations
• Prepare proposals, timelines, and confirmations
• Provide consistent communication from planning through execution
What You Bring
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable internet and remote workspace
