Event Marketing & Registration Growth Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing & Registration Growth Specialist to help drive attendee registration and ticket sales for a high-impact singles conference focused on intentional relationships, personal growth, faith, communication, and connection for adults 40+.
This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who understands how to move beyond “likes and visibility” to create measurable conversions, qualified leads, and paid registrations through strategic event promotion.
About the Conference
The Fifty Plus and Flirty / Forty Plus and Flirty Singles Conference is designed for mature singles seeking meaningful connection, clarity, confidence, and community. The event will feature keynote speakers, workshops, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and interactive experiences focused on love, communication, wellness, and intentional relationships.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic marketing campaign that increases conference registrations and ticket sales
• Create audience-targeted promotional strategies for adults 40+
• Build and optimize conversion funnels for event registration
• Manage and improve paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google
• Develop email marketing and retargeting campaigns
• Identify and coordinate affiliate, ambassador, and influencer partnerships
• Create compelling marketing copy, calls-to-action, and promotional messaging
• Monitor analytics, conversion rates, and ROI to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with leadership on branding, positioning, and promotional strategy
• Recommend creative growth opportunities and audience engagement tactics
• Assist with social media promotion and content scheduling
• Help secure media visibility, community partnerships, and strategic collaborations
Qualifications
• Proven experience marketing conferences, summits, expos, or live events
• Demonstrated success increasing registrations and ticket sales
• Strong understanding of demand generation and event conversion strategy
• Experience with paid social advertising and audience targeting
• Familiarity with email marketing systems, landing pages, and registration funnels
• Ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategy quickly
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Experience marketing to mature audiences is a plus
• Familiarity with relationship, lifestyle, faith-based, or empowerment brands is helpful
