Event Marketing Lead

About the position

In this role, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-quality, in-person event experiences that strengthen brand presence and drive engagement with customers, prospects, and internal teams. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of events, from leadership roundtables and customer dinners to large-scale conferences and internal gatherings. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative design, and operational excellence to ensure every event delivers measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align events with pipeline and company goals, while ensuring an exceptional attendee experience. Your work will shape how people experience the brand beyond the product, creating moments that are polished, human, and memorable.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the end-to-end strategy, execution, and measurement of all external and internal events
• Build a high-impact event portfolio including hosted dinners, tech talks, major conferences, and experiential campaigns
• Oversee vendor selection, budgeting, staffing, timelines, on-site execution, and post-event analysis
• Collaborate with Sales to align events with priority accounts, regions, and pipeline objectives
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to develop engaging event content, programming, and messaging
• Track and report event performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements
• Lead internal company events, such as annual offsites and team gatherings, ensuring they reflect the company’s values and mission

Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in marketing and/or events, preferably within B2B technology or SaaS environments
• Proven track record managing event and field marketing programs from strategy to execution
• Expertise in event logistics, thought leadership programming, and demand generation through events
• Strong partnership experience with Sales teams to align events with business goals
• Data-driven approach with the ability to measure ROI and analyze event performance
• Excellent communication skills for presentations, written materials, and cross-functional collaboration
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and commitment to delivering high-quality experiences
