ā¢ *Job Summary:**
Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Manager Contractor to support and execute global events across its portfolio. This role focuses heavily on Executive Experience programming, ensuring high-impact, memorable engagements that align with brand and business objectives.
You will partner closely with the Strategic Events Team and external agencies to deliver world-class events, while maintaining flexibility to support Special Interest Activities (SIAs) or Meeting Center operations as needed.
ā¢ *Key Responsibilities:**
Lead program management for global events with a focus on Executive Experience programming.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, drive consensus, and maximize event impact.
Manage communications across stakeholders, business sponsors, and external vendors
Partner with the Strategic Events Team on all production requirements and execution needs.
Support Special Interest Activities (SIAs) or Meeting Center operations as required
Contribute to event strategy by understanding market trends, technology, and product landscape.
ā¢ *Must-Have Skills:**
8+ years of experience in event planning and management, including large-scale global events.
Proven expertise in Executive Experience programming (non-negotiable).
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously within deadlines and budgets.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience creating pre-event planning decks and post-event summary presentations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience managing large-scale, innovative global events across various formats
Background working with executive-level stakeholders and high-visibility programs
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (tech industry preferred)
