If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for the beverage industry, we want to hear from you! Develop and implement strategic plans for portfolio management across PepsiCo Europe Beverages. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key industry trends and insights. Utilize consumer insights and data to inform and guide strategic decision making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic initiatives. Lead the development and execution of portfolio strategies to drive business growth and meet company objectives. Monitor and analyze market performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform and adjust portfolio strategies. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of portfolio strategies. Develop and manage budget for portfolio management and insights initiatives. Train and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance and strategic thinking within the department. Continuously evaluate and improve portfolio management processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Represent PepsiCo Europe Beverages at industry events and conferences to stay connected with the latest developments in the market. Maintain a deep understanding of PepsiCo Europe Beverages' products, brands, and business goals to effectively inform portfolio strategies.
