Etsy Print-on-Demand Virtual Assistant (Ongoing – Passive Income Support)

I'm looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me manage and grow my Etsy print-on-demand store. You’ll be given a complete step-by-step playbook that outlines exactly what to do. Your job will be to follow the process consistently and independently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Uploading products weekly via Printify or Printful

Writing optimized titles, tags, and descriptions (templates included)

Creating product mockups using Canva or supplier tools

Responding to customer messages using provided templates

Tracking product performance and reporting weekly

Staying on top of seasonal Etsy trends and niche opportunities

What You’ll Be Given:

A detailed Etsy POD VA Playbook

Access to our Etsy shop, Printify, Canva Pro, and Google Drive

Sample designs and product ideas to start with ( Optional)

Messaging and listing templates to follow (Optional)

Access to EverBee or eRank for keyword research (optional)

Requirements:

Experience with Etsy, Printify/Printful, or similar eCommerce platforms

Good English writing & communication skills

Canva skills (or willingness to learn basic mockup creation)

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Reliable and responsive communicator

Compensation:

5–10 hours/week to start, with growth potential

Pay structure: Hourly ($5–10/hr) or Per listing ($5–7 per product)

Performance bonuses for top-selling products
