ETL/Data warehouse/Data Lake Developer / Brooklyn, NY ( Hybrid), 12 Months Contract
With 10+ over all .At least 5 years of experience as ETL Developer.
• Develop complex data pipelines to bring data into the Data Lake/Warehouse per business requirements.
• Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
• Proficient in SQL and ETL processes, ETL and DB performance tuning.
• Design and develop ETL process using SQL and Informatica to load data into data warehouse/ data lake on daily basis from various source applications on Oracle, SQL Server, Cloud Sources, and files.
• Design the architecture to perform data management activities i.e., data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) to enterprise data warehouse. Implement the data management solutions using SQL, SQL procedures, data management tools like Informatica IICS on Oracle exadata database.
• Design the overall architecture to Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) data into data warehouse or data mart and data lake.
• Oracle database full life cycle development including data modeling, database architecture, SQL and PL/SQL development, unit testing and support.
• Expertise in PL/SQL Programming including Data Types, Cursors, Exception Handling Collections, Merge statements, Analytics Functions, Views, Materialized Views, Table Functions, Stored procedures, Functions and Packages, database triggers, mutating, Dynamic SQLs, External Tables, Performance Tuning, Object Programming, built in functions, joins, aggregate functions, Collections.
• Working experience with ETL tool (Preferred - Informatica - IICS)
• Develop data models and ER diagrams for existing and new databases.
• Passionate about complex data structures and problem solving.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to pick up new data tools and concepts quickly.
• Maintain and improve already existing processes
