Estimator – Remote (Procore Estimating Experience Required)

Mach & Rico Floors — celebrating 20 years of excellence in tile, hardwood, and stone installations for high-end custom builders across the DC Metro area — is seeking a remote estimator experienced with Procore to join our growing team.You’ll thrive in this role if you:• Have 3+ years of experience estimating within Procore (Bid Board, Cost Catalog, or Estimating modules).• Can read construction drawings, perform digital takeoffs, and prepare detailed turnkey proposals.• Understand trade-level details in tile, hardwood, or flooring (preferred but not required).• Communicate clearly and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven, remote environment.What you’ll do:• Prepare and submit bids for custom residential and small commercial projects.• Work directly in Procore with our internal Project Management and Purchasing teams.• Coordinate material pricing and verify quantities with vendors.• Track awarded projects through to kickoff for a smooth handoff to the field team.What we offer:• Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 DOE + quarterly performance bonus.• Work Environment: 100% remote (U.S. based, EST time zone preferred).• Culture: Collaborative team, steady workflow, and opportunities to grow with a respected trade partner known for quality and precision.About Mach & Rico FloorsWith two decades of experience serving premier custom builders in the Mid-Atlantic region, Mach & Rico Floors is recognized for its precision craftsmanship, reliability, and commitment to long-term partnerships.
