Our team values collaboration, innovation, and attention to detail. We are looking for a skilled remote Estimator to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential design-build projects. • Utilize Buildertrend to develop, manage, and update project estimates. • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to refine budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Analyze plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates. • Maintain organized records of estimates, vendor quotes, and subcontractor proposals. Qualifications: • MUST have experience using Buildertrend for estimating • Previous experience in estimating within the construction, design-build, or related field. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, vendors, and subcontractors. Work Environment: • This position is a remote position. • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, depending on project needs.
