JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Estimator...
download/upload plans/files to the server and construction software programs,
bidding process,
Coordinate with estimators, in hours and outsider during the bid time,
Collect proposal of price form suppliers on bid projects,
Enter bid proposals for bid projects,
Submitted bids to various contractors/customer on bid projects,
Vet bid lists,
follow up with customers to inquire about bid results,
communicate with customers/estimators regarding the projects bidding,
update sales bid calendar daily/weekly,
update prequalification form,
maintain customer and project information to Sale Force daily/weekly,
maintain information of estimates to the Kanban software,
maintain project information to the Sale Force and other Klorman software,
Handle filing, organize filing systems and ensured accurate backup documentation in files,
Perform additional assignments per supervisors direction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $89,658.00 - $97,707.00 per year
