This is a unique opportunity to combine legal expertise with client education and relationship management in a fully remote environment.You will guide clients through the estate planning process—from initial consultation through document completion and trust funding—ensuring every plan is fully implemented.Key ResponsibilitiesEducate clients on estate planning (wills, trusts, asset protection)Conduct client consultations and guide package selectionDraft estate planning documents using platforms like WealthCounsel or Decision VaultAssist clients through intake, execution, and trust fundingServe as the primary point of contact for clientsAddress objections and reinforce the value of estate planning servicesEnsure timely follow-ups and completion of plansQualifications3+ years in estate planning, probate, or elder lawExperience drafting wills, trusts, and related documentsStrong phone and virtual communication skillsExperience with estate planning software (WealthCounsel, Estate Guru, Decision Vault, etc.)Ability to manage multiple clients independentlyClient-facing or consultative experience preferredCompensation & ScheduleBase Pay: $20/hourIncentives: Uncapped performance-based bonus structureSchedule: Full-time, flexible hours based on client appointmentsPay Cycle: Bi-weekly (1st and 15th)Additional IncentivesTrust Completion BonusTrust Funding IncentiveUncapped Earning PotentialIdeal Candidate ProfileStrong communicator who enjoys helping peopleDetail-oriented but also relationship-drivenComfortable blending legal knowledge with client consultationSelf-motivated and thrives in a remote settingPassionate about estate planning and making a real impact
