Skills • Licensed Attorney: Active license and good standing in at least one U.S. state. • Experience in Estate Planning: At least 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust drafting, and probate law (5+ years preferred). • Sales & Client Engagement: Ability to explain complex estate planning strategies in a clear and persuasive manner. • Technical Proficiency: Experience with estate planning and tax software is preferred, but not required. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients. • Flexible Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
