ESL Teacher
We're looking for a part-time ESL Teacher - twice a week (3 hours total), weekdays, evening (8 pm EST). Fluency in Russian language is a must!

Schedule: Evening shift (after 8 pm EST). TWO DAYS A WEEK ONLY (Mon+Wed OR Tues+Thur)
One class lasts for 80 minutes
Minimum of 10 teaching hours per month
Class size: group of 5 students, adults
Qualifications
FLUENCY IN RUSSIAN IS A MUST!
Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
A good verbal and written command of English
Punctuality
Minimum of three years experience teaching ESL to adults
Be capable of using fun and interactive tutoring techniques
Clean criminal record
Have a high-speed internet, HD web cam
Online teaching experience
Proficient with Zoom
Proficient in English AND Russian
Responsibilities
Creating engaging and effective lessons for Russian speakers that meet the needs of the students, curriculum development with focus on daily communication
Creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment
Providing homework
Monitoring students progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Respect and follow established company processes and procedures
