Job Title: Escrow Assistant
Location: Remote (Must work PST hours)
Pay Rate: $27/hr
Contract: 6+ months (possibility of extension or conversion to FTE)
Job Summary:
Provide escrow support for residential real estate transactions, including resale, new construction, and refinance. Facilitate smooth closings by delivering excellent customer service and proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Assist escrow officers with administrative tasks in a national closing environment.
ā¢ Support escrow closings by following standard procedures and guidelines.
ā¢ Understand how your role integrates with the team and related departments.
ā¢ Provide high-quality support that impacts team efficiency and client satisfaction.
ā¢ Identify routine problems and select solutions from established options.
ā¢ Communicate moderately complex information within the team.
ā¢ Manage own workload independently under general supervision.
ā¢ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
ā¢ 1ā2 years of relevant experience in escrow or real estate closings.
ā¢ Strong organizational and communication skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
