Escalations Residential Review Appraiser (Must have prior AMC/Escalations experience) Remote / Home Office - USA Valuation Services AMC LLC, an appraiser-owned nationwide appraisal management company (AMC) based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, is seeking a remote Residential Review Appraiser to join their expanding team. This individual will be experienced in providing residential quality control appraisal reviews in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities: · Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff and vendors for underwriting in accordance with GSE guidelines. · Manage client, appraiser, borrower appraisal escalations and assist clients and appraisers with appraisal review questions. · Participate in client meetings, company meetings, and provide solutions in relation to the valuation of real property. · Deliver feedback on quality issues for appraisal partners, heightened appraisal concerns, discuss revision requests with the appraiser, and consult online resources when conducting research. Ideal candidate will have: · Bachelor’s degree with current appraisal license(previously licensed acceptable), minimum of (3) years of experience within appraisal escalations, a minimum of (1) years of experience working with an appraisal management company (AMC), and at least (5) years of experience within residential real estate appraisal. · Other certifications, licensures, and experience including: Active State License, knowledge of mortgage lending and GSE’s, and compliance with State and Industry Regulations such as Appraisal Independence. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player, keen problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and the ability to be flexible when necessary. · Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills to provide superior customer service, strong technical skills to perform job duties, detail-oriented, and the ability to adhere to deadlines. Schedule: · 11AM – 7PM EST, with weekend shifts required. Target Salary and Compensation: · Competitive base salary offered commensurate upon experience.
