ERP/CRM Consultant - Robert Half

DescriptionWe are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Reading, Pennsylvania, on a long-term contract basis. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and business units to optimize and enhance enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Oracle applications and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.Responsibilities:Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud and HCM modules to meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.Create and manage Jira tickets to track progress and ensure timely resolution of issues.Assist in the analysis and improvement of reporting systems to support business operations.Provide guidance and support for Oracle Helpdesk modules, if applicable.Work with remote and on-site team members to ensure seamless project execution.Develop documentation and training materials for system configurations and updates.Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and drive process improvements.Ensure compliance with best practices in ERP/CRM system implementation and maintenance. RequirementsProficiency in Oracle Cloud applications and module configuration.Experience with Oracle HCM and other Oracle application modules.Familiarity with Jira for task tracking and issue resolution.Strong analytical skills for evaluating reporting systems and business processes.Ability to work effectively in both remote and on-site team environments.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and team members.Prior experience in ERP/CRM consulting or a related field.Knowledge of Oracle Helpdesk modules is a plus.
