Job Description:
Ā Hands-on experience with QAD ERP (Experience with specific QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution is a plus).
Ā Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as manufacturing, procurement, finance, and inventory management.
Ā Proficiency in QAD configuration and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues.
Ā Experience with SQL and report writing tools within the QAD environment.
Ā Familiarity with QAD Automation, QAD APIs, and system integrations.
Ā Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Ā Experience with QAD Cloud or QAD EDI.
Ā Familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Ā Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
Ā Familiarity with business intelligence tools and integration techniques for reporting and analytics.
Qualifications:
Ā Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Ā years of experience working with QAD ERP systems.
Ā Certifications in QAD ERP or other relevant ERP systems are a plus.
Ā Experience in ERP-related project management is a bonus.
