ERP Technical Support Specialist

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for new support cases submitted by clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve all Tier 1 issues, documenting activity and root cause analyses
- Escalate cases appropriately and monitor for timely resolution
- Provide customer support through various channels, including meetings, phone calls, and emails
- Advocate for client needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support (ERP/Acumatica experience highly preferred)
- 1+ year of experience managing support queues in CRMs and/or ticketing systems
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software solutions quickly
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Acumatica Case Management
- Strong interest in business processes and customer experience enhancement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
