This role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills to drive outcomes that meet business objectives while adhering to scope, schedule, and quality commitments. As part of a high-performing consulting team, the Senior PM partners closely with customers, consultants, solution architects, and project sponsors to align project execution with strategic goals. Success in this role requires balancing hands-on project management discipline with the ability to build trusted relationships at both executive and team levels. A Day in the Life Typically Includes: Ensure billable projects remain on schedule and within budget. Complete projects according to the agreed-upon plan, maintaining project financials and profitability, including resource scheduling, revenue forecasting, billing reconciliations, expense reports, and time approvals. Identify potential problems and mitigate risks. Monitor project deliverables and progress, assigning and delegating work as needed. Prepare project status reports on progress and issues. Disseminate information on any problems or potential delays promptly. Assist in pre-sales engagements where applicable. Pursue incremental revenue by presenting and offering relevant services under the Infor Organization. Basic Qualifications: Experience in ERP software implementation/consulting. Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Experience in managing ERP software implementation projects, including medium and high complexity projects. Experience with face-to-face client interaction. Experience in leading implementation teams. Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50%. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Infor CloudSuite M3 is highly desired. Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience. PMP certification is a plus.
