Role: ERP Program Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Remote
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Job Description:
• The ERP Programme Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation and optimisation of ERP processes, with a strong focus on value stream methodology. This role demands deep expertise in ERP systems and a proven ability to guide teams through complex ERP transformations.
• Lead the end-to-end ERP programme, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and value stream alignment across the organisation.
• Ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and drive the adoption of best practices within ERP frameworks.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and training to support change management and knowledge transfer related to ERP and value stream initiatives.
• Monitor programme progress, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines.
• Understanding on business needs and leading thoughtful design discussions around meeting those business needs in a standard manner fully leveraging product capabilities
• Liaise with functional and technical leads to ensure on time solution delivery and to highlight any issues or risks in advance.
Profile Description:
• 12-15 years’ experience and experience in 4 -5 end to end implementations.
• Deep expertise in ERP processes and knowledge of cross functional integrations between processes is needed for this role.
• PMP certifications is nice to have.
• Worked with any of the major ERPs like SAP, Oracle, MSD.
• Should have good understanding of different implementation methodologies like waterfall, Agile and Hybrid.
