ERP Integration Consultant

As a NetSuite-ERP Integration Consultant, you will bridge the gap between NetSuite ERP and other business systems for internal stakeholders. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations that optimize business processes and data flow across platforms. Your expertise will help Keywords Studios maximize their investment in NetSuite while ensuring it works harmoniously with their broader technology ecosystem.Responsibilities Analyze stakeholder requirements and design integration solutions between NetSuite and third-party applications Develop, test, and deploy custom integrations using NetSuite's integration tools (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, etc.) Configure and implement NetSuite connectors for common platforms (e.g., Salesforce, eCommerce platforms, payment gateways) Create detailed technical documentation for all integration solutions Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and client stakeholders Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to clients for maintaining integrations Stay updated on NetSuite's evolving integration capabilities and best practices Requirements 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and customization Strong understanding of integration technologies and frameworks (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) Proficiency in NetSuite integration tools, especially SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and RESTlets Experience with at least one ETL/iPaaS platform (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo, Jitterbit) Working knowledge of web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) Familiarity with common business systems that integrate with NetSuite (CRM, eCommerce, payment processing) NetSuite certifications preferred (SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant, Administrator) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Benefits Great Place to Work certified for 3 consecutive years Remote work set-up Global exposure About the companyCOMPANY PROFILEEstablished in 1998 and floated on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM in 2013, Keywords(KWS) is the world’s leading provider of technical and creative services to the global video games market.
