ERP Functional Consultant (preffarable experience woth Odoo)

Part-time (2–3 days/week) | Remote | Long-term A fast-growing Swiss-based consulting and technology company specializing in data analytics, ERP systems, and AI implementations is looking for an ERP Functional Consultant with a focus on Finance and HR. The company builds intelligent, data-driven, and integrated business solutions for international clients. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Switzerland, it combines business consulting expertise with strong technical capability, delivering projects that connect ERP, BI, and automation into one ecosystem. Scope/Impact Lead client workshops and translate business needs into ERP configurations and clear specifications for development teams. Own Finance and HR workstreams — including multi-company, multi-currency environments, consolidations, approval workflows, time-off management, and payroll integrations. Drive UAT, training, rollout , and post–go-live improvements. Collaborate with technical and data teams to ensure end-to-end delivery quality and alignment with broader system architecture. Must-Haves Solid ERP experience (Finance and HR domains) — ability to lead functional workstreams and translate business needs into system solutions. Strong client-facing consulting skills — excellent communication, process mapping, documentation (flows, gap lists, user stories). Understanding of international accounting principles (preferably U.S. GAAP), including taxes, fiscal positions, and exchange differences. Nice-to-Haves Hands-on Odoo experience — Odoo 18 Functional Certification or proven practical background (strong advantage). Familiarity with Swiss, EU, or U.S. localizations , including intercompany transactions and eliminations. Experience with HR modules (Employees, Time Off, Attendances) and basic payroll flows or integrations. Knowledge of dev-first customization (functional specs for developers, testing, and change management).
