ERP Data Analyst
Rubicon Organics is a company dedicated to building trusted premium cannabis brands. They are seeking an ERP Data Analyst to support the administration and data integrity of their ERP system, ensuring accurate data and effective system usage across the organization. Responsibilities Provide first-line support to ERP users experiencing issues related to navigation, data entry, and system functionality Respond to ERP-related inquiries via email, Microsoft Teams, and in-person interactions Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues in collaboration with internal teams, escalating unresolved matters as needed Research and implement solutions using ERP user guides, Microsoft technical documentation, and online knowledge bases Assist in configuring, customizing, and testing ERP process changes proposed by subject matter experts (SMEs) Monitor ERP system data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential data quality issues Support the implementation and monitoring of data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Assist in developing KPIs related to data integrity and data governance Maintain and monitor existing Power BI dashboards related to ERP data and system performance Support ERP users with data uploads and the creation of Power BI reports based on ERP data Document ERP issues, resolutions, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures Maintain logs of user issues and solutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Assist in documenting ERP processes, workflows, and system updates Collaborate with IT teams to support ERP integrations with other internal systems and applications Assist in preparing regular reports and analysis related to ERP usage and performance Stay current on ERP trends and technologies through ongoing learning and development Perform other related duties as assigned to support business operations Skills Post-secondary education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field Experience supporting ERP systems in an administrative, data, or systems support role Strong understanding of data integrity, data quality, and documentation practices Experience working with ERP systems and structured data environments Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an asset Experience in cannabis, CPG, manufacturing, or regulated industries is an asset but not required Benefits Monthly phone stipend included Medical and dental benefits after three months Two weeks of vacation to start Hybrid schedule with two work-from-home days after probation Free parking and dog friendly office Company Overview Rubicon Organics Inc.
