As Senior Director, Epicor Consulting Practice , you’ll lead, scale, and evolve our Epicor ERP practice—setting strategy, growing revenue, developing leaders, and ensuring clients don’t just implement Epicor… they win with it. You’ll sit at the leadership table as a trusted executive advisor, oversee complex transformation programs, and continuously improve how Epicor services are delivered. What You’ll Do Own and execute the strategic roadmap for the Epicor practice Drive revenue through new opportunities, deeper client relationships, and cross-selling Act as executive sponsor on key accounts and high-stakes engagements Ensure projects deliver on time, on budget, and without unnecessary drama Recruit, mentor, and develop top Epicor consulting talent Lead business process transformation and change management efforts Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and client leadership What You Bring 10+ years of consulting experience; 3+ years leading large teams Proven success with large-scale ERP implementations (Epicor Kinetic preferred) Strong ERP expertise (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) Executive-level communication and leadership skills Calm under pressure, confident in complexity, comfortable leading change Why 2W?
