ERP Application Support Consultant – Remote (U.S. Travel) – Full Time Skills – ERP, ERP Application Support, Troubleshooting, Customer Facing, Accounting, Finance, Databases, SQL My client who is a leading ERP Software Solutions provider is currently looking to on board an experienced ERP Application Support Consultant. The selected consultant will be supporting a range of Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management modules within my client’s ERP Software solution A proven background in past ERP application support is sought. This role will allow individuals to be based anywhere within the U.S. with very limited travel expectations. Due to industry requirements, U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders are encouraged to apply. The Role: • The Application Support Consultant will be responsible for assisting my client’s growing customer base with technical and operational queries across a wide range of business processes. • Consultants often have the more complex tickets to work through and therefore require time to focus on getting these tickets resolved without the interruptions of incoming calls or Freshdesk tickets requiring quick responses. • You will support other team members with guidance on tickets and how to investigate, feeding back information on tickets that have been escalated to them in a form of upskilling. • Team members will have the experience to contribute Knowledgebase articles to the Content Hub and get involved in the larger Go Live Handovers. They may also be dedicated contacts for some of my client’s Enterprise customers. The Candidate: • 3-5+ years’ ERP Application Support experience • A good knowledge of financial and management reporting & financial acumen • A systematic approach to problem solving with strong analytical skills with a “can do” attitude • Must demonstrate initiative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team • Excellent communication skills and a friendly empathetic manner • Ability to work under pressure and manage customer experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical information Desirable Skills • Strong knowledge of Databases, like SQL Server, MySQL including SQL scripting & SQL Admin Studio. • Working knowledge of FTP/SFTP, SSL Certs, REST API, SOAP, SoapUI, Postman, Excel, and CSV files. • Experience in relevant business software – 3rd Party Integrations, EDI, Logistics, Warehouse Management, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence.
