Role Summary The goal of the internship is to evaluate the associate’s potential to return after graduation for our full-time Associate Analyst program. Rising juniors will be eligible for return internship offers for the following summer pending strong performance.
Responsibilities
• Conduct fundamental research on an assigned industry and 1 – 2 companies within the industry, supported by training and mentorship from our investment platform
• Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
• Build 3 statement financial models to inform investment recommendations
• Provide strategic investment insights, not just number crunching
• Present investment ratings and recommendations to investment professionals
Requirements
• Full time student pursing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 – May/June 2029.
• Minimum GPA: 3.5 Overall
• Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (e.g., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant work status)

• Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and with others
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
