Maverick Trading — Equity & Options Trader (Remote) Maverick Trading is seeking motivated and disciplined individuals who want to become professional Equity & Options Traders with real firm capital. We are not a challenge firm — no demo challenges, no evaluation hurdles, and no pay-to-pass systems. Traders are trained, supported, funded, and scaled based on performance and consistency. This is a fully remote, performance-based trading role with professional education, coaching, and access to the firm’s capital. You’ll trade U.S. stocks and listed options from home while following a structured trading plan and risk management process. Established in 1997, Maverick has supported thousands of traders worldwide. What You’ll Do • Trade U.S. equities and listed options using firm-provided capital • Follow a structured, rules-based trading plan • Conduct daily market research and technical analysis • Identify and execute high-probability trade setups • Apply strict risk management according to firm guidelines • Participate in weekly coaching, training, and team sessions • Track performance using the firm’s proprietary tools • Maintain a professional trading journal Training & Support • Comprehensive professional trading curriculum • Structured coaching from experienced equities & options traders • Live and recorded training sessions • Risk-management mentorship • Performance analytics and proprietary software • A clear capital scaling pathway based on consistency Compensation This is a performance-based, profit-split trading role. Maverick provides firm capital, and traders earn a percentage of trading profits. Estimated Earnings Range: $1,000 – $15,000+ per month (performance-based) Profit Split: 65%–90% depending on performance and account level There is no base salary. Earnings depend on trading results and adherence to the firm’s risk guidelines.
