Equipment Specialist (Nights) - B shift

Maintain and troubleshoot state-of-the-art equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Work as part of a team to ensure production runs smoothly and meets high quality standards.
Utilize technical skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements to equipment processes.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they impact production.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
Work with equipment manufacturers and suppliers to obtain necessary parts and support.
Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with equipment.
Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technologies into equipment operations.
Meet production goals and deadlines by efficiently and effectively maintaining equipment.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks.
Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure clear and efficient workflow.
Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by consistently improving equipment operations.
