Equipment Services Technician I

Krispy Kreme's Equipment Service Technicians are responsible for maintaining the proper running order of Krispy Kreme equipment throughout a given region. This involves installing, servicing, and repairing various types of equipment. Additionally, Equipment Services Technician give advice on preventative maintenance and general care. A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Assisting with installing, servicing or performing on-site repairs of complex equipment. Providing technical assistance to shop personnel and guidance on general maintenance and trouble-shooting of equipment Responding to requests for emergency repairs Working under directions and guidelines without direct contact with supervisor Acting as a liaison between department and shop personnel Handling on-call responsibilities by fielding support calls during and after business hours Traveling extensively domestically and internationally as needed using various modes of transportation. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to travel extensively; up to 90% Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and engineering drawings.
