Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist I (HYBRID--Alpharetta, GA)

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking an Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist I to assist with transactions after they are closed and funded. The role involves various documentation tasks including insurance follow-up, title follow-up, and preparing post-closing loan packages. Responsibilities Insurance follow-up Title follow-up Record, review and terminate UCC-1 and UCC-3 filings and Data Entry Create/Maintain files for completed packages Prepare post-closing loan packages to include maintaining files and clearing exceptions and post-funding items Image or file recorded titles and ELT’s Assist with ordering, reviewing and updating UCC Lien Searches, determining when releases/disclaimers of interest are required for a transaction? Handle releases of Liens/Titles Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations Sorting and filing received documentation Copying and scanning documentation Preparing Loan Documentation packages Skills At least 1 year in the Finance/Banking Industry Learn loan/lease accounting software systems and equipment lease and loan modeling and pricing software Software applications including Excel and Word Superior customer service skills Excellent computer skills relevant to Microsoft Office Suites Excellent communication skills Well organized with attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and make independent decisions Flexible, able to adapt to change Superior time management and problem solving skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Benefits Incentive compensation plan for the position Discretionary profit sharing bonus program Comprehensive benefits package Company Overview Atlantic Union Bank is a financial company that provides wealth management, private banking, and advisory products and services.
