Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Epic Willow Ambulatory Inventory Analyst located in Orchard Park, NY. The role involves supporting the implementation and management of the Epic Willow Ambulatory Inventory system. Key responsibilities include analyzing workflows, building system configurations, troubleshooting application issues, and providing on-site support to optimize the system. The analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory processes and system performance. Qualifications • Strong proficiency with Epic Willow Ambulatory and experience in system configuration and optimization. • Ability to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance inventory management processes. • Skilled in system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and providing end-user support. • Proficiency in healthcare IT systems and understanding of clinical workflows within pharmacies or outpatient facilities. • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, on-site environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. • Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory is highly desirable. • Experience in clinical or healthcare settings is a plus.
