EPIC WELCOME ANALYST | REMOTE (EST)
The Select Group is looking for a talented Epic Welcome Analyst to join one of our top healthcare partners. This person will be supporting, deploying, and maintaining the current Welcome module into a new 300-unit Kiosk project amongst their medical center and clinics.
EPIC WELCOME ANALYST REQUIREMENTS
Ā Epic Welcome certification
Ā 5+ years of relevant Epic Welcome experience
Ā Experience with implementation and post-production support
Ā Ticket request and other backend project work experience
EPIC WELCOME ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES
Ā Support and Deployment: Lead the implementation and deployment of the Epic Welcome module for a new 300-unit Kiosk project across medical centers and clinics.
Ā Configuration & Customization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, customize, and maintain Epic Welcome module features to meet specific project requirements.
Ā Post-Production Support: Provide ongoing post-production support to ensure the stability, functionality, and efficiency of the Epic Welcome system, addressing any issues that arise.
Ā Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic Welcome, working closely with end-users and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ā Training & Documentation: Assist with user training and provide clear documentation to ensure staff are proficient in using the Epic Welcome module effectively.
Ā Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize ticket requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues and efficient handling of project-related tasks.
Ā Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Ā System Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements to optimize the use of the Epic Welcome module.
Ā Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Epic software updates and best practices to ensure that the Epic Welcome module is leveraged effectively for long-term success.
