Epic Resolute Professional Billing
Role: PB Resolute Professional Billing Location: Remote (San Francisco, CA preferred) Duration: 3+ months
Overview: Seeking an experienced Epic PB Resolute Professional Billing Consultant to lead and support all phases of the Epic implementation lifecycle requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, go-live, and optimization. Work cross-functionally to align Epic build with operational needs, utilizing tools like Sherlock, Orion, and Nova.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Gather and document business workflows and system requirements.
ā¢ Configure and customize Epic PB modules per best practices.
ā¢ Coordinate EHR security, troubleshoot user/system issues, and support interfaces.
ā¢ Execute and maintain testing processes, environments, and scripts.
ā¢ Evaluate new releases and lead/participate in go-lives and upgrades.
ā¢ Provide end-user training and materials, and support trainers.
ā¢ Analyze data conversion needs and manage vendor interactions.
ā¢ Participate in change management, disaster recovery, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
ā¢ Epic PB Resolute Billing Certification (current CEE required)
ā¢ Epic PB Claims and Charge Router certification is a plus
ā¢ FQHC experience preferred
ā¢ Minimum 2 years in healthcare IT support, with 6+ months Epic user support
Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field preferred
ā¢ 3+ years supporting or implementing Epic PB in healthcare settings
ā¢ Strong revenue cycle and reimbursement process knowledge
ā¢ Proficient in Epic customization, configuration, and integration
ā¢ Skilled in Office 365 and ServiceNow
ā¢ Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities
