Epic EHR Project Manager (2 openings) - No C2C, must be US Cit, GC, or GC EAD

Experience with clinical EHR projects/enhancements, variety of projects - Healthcare implementations experience OR experience with Rover Implementations. PM needs to have: Some level of clinical experience with knowledge of at least one of the primary acute EMRs (Epic required, Cerner preferred) 3+ years minimum of Project Manager experience Comfortable speaking with upper management Ability to connect the intent of the project to the work of clinical and operational end users Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical, business, and clinical teams Financial reporting skills (ability to track financial spend on project) Experience with ServiceNow (PPM – project portfolio module) and capital resource allocation Prior experience with enterprise health systems Must be able to lead projects, with cameras on in a remote environment. PM is expected to be a proactive leader of projects and not just a meeting facilitator. Must be able to explain how they approach a project Must be able to explain the life cycle of a project and how they handle each step Description: The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving growth by leading a variety of projects aimed at implementing and optimizing operational processes. Serve as a project manager that reports to the Clinician Experience Program Manager Provide overall management of assigned projects from concept to completion Need to be highly experienced in Epic EHR delivery and managing multiple projects end to end Needs to have experience working with/overseeing Epic Rover implementation project Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects Work collaboratively with all stakeholders—business, clinical, technical, and vendors—ensuring every detail is taken care of, driving toward on-time delivery Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans Ensures open lines of communication for all team members At times will need to take initiative and track down the correct resources Responsibilities: -Collaborate across teams to develop planning material and estimates -Own project methodology deliverables, including schedule, charter, and forecast -Project operations up to and including activation and transition to operations -Drive effort and seek clarity on barriers -Proactively manage issues / risks and document as such -Forecast resources and other project costs and support financial cycle -Lead project team meetings (including minutes as needed, tracking issues, risks, milestones, and timelines) -Provide weekly status reporting -Apply standards (PMO / Program) and ensure document compliance (Project Artifacts) -Projects will include implementation of tools and systems to support Interview Process: 1st round: Interview with Hiring Manager and colleague 2nd round: Panel interview Apply tot his job
