Environmental Technician/Engineer – Entry Level – Air Quality Focus (Hybrid)
Barr Engineering Co. is seeking motivated individuals to join its air-quality monitoring and stack testing group. The role involves sampling, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting emissions from various air sources to assist clients in meeting regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Fieldwork: conducting air-emissions sampling at industrial facilities. Mobilizations are typically multiple days long (usually within a work week) on site with the clients Reporting: analyzing and conducting quality assurance procedures on the collected data from field sessions and assisting with report preparation for submittal to clients and regulatory authorities Equipment: maintaining the team’s equipment at the shop and in the field.
