Responsibilities Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring all policies and compliance standards are met. Direct teams in executing light and heavy housekeeping as well as laundry duties across various shifts. Lead staff training, conduct quality control assessments, and manage timely project completion. Maintain detailed records of income, expenses, supplies, personnel, and equipment, utilizing HCSG software. Act as a liaison between building administrators and HCSG staff, communicating directives with clarity. Ensure proper use of protective gear and safe handling of cleaning products. Consistently demonstrate good attendance and punctuality while completing assigned tasks efficiently. Represent HCSG positively by interacting courteously with supervisors, co-workers, clients, residents, and guests. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of two years experience in healthcare housekeeping and management preferred. Possess a positive attitude and effective communication skills to interact with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership. Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies. Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks as required. Can perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently. Comfortable working with food and cleaning materials.
