Environmental Property Manager (Glover's Ledge)
**Overview:** The Environmental Property Manager (Glover's Ledge) will oversee the management of the AU forested properties in NH, implementing forest management and supporting environmental education programming. This position involves a combination of outdoor work, administrative tasks, and community engagement. **Responsibilities:**
ā¢ Manage the Glover's Ledge property, including trail clearing and brushing, trail and field mowing, and trail construction (60%)
ā¢ Attend biannual advisory board meetings and monthly Glover's Ledge staff meetings (10%)
ā¢ Participate in current outdoor educational programs and promote use following the goals and objectives of the management plans (30%)
ā¢ General maintenance and upkeep of the property
ā¢ *Qualifications:**
ā¢ Skills with hand tools and equipment operation
ā¢ Ability and desire to work outside
ā¢ Strong communication and writing skills
ā¢ Ability to lift 40 lbs. **Benefits:** This is a Work Study position, allowing for remote work 10% of the time. The position also offers opportunities for professional development and community engagement
