Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, and destination-specific information to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to clients.
Coordinate with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure reservations and negotiate favorable rates for clients.
Process payments, issue tickets, and confirm reservations for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records, updating databases, and preparing travel documents.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
