What Youll Do:
Develop & Maintain Software Write, troubleshoot, and optimize in-house applications that interact with our ERP system
Database Management Create and maintain SQL scripts and database-driven applications
Report Development Design and support custom reports using Crystal Reports
User Support & Documentation Work directly with end-users to understand their needs and document software solutions
Integration & Data Handling Import/export data files for third-party services and evaluate new software for integration
Stay Up-to-Date Keep an eye on new development trends and best practices
What Were Looking For:
Experience in software development .NET, Visual Basic, or similar languages preferred
Basic SQL knowledge Microsoft SQL Server experience is a plus
Understanding of software development fundamentals
Ability to learn new languages and technology as needed
Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
Bachelor's degree preferred in software development, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
What to Expect:
Work Environment Office-based role with occasional physical activity (lifting up to 25-50 lbs)
Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week, occasional evening or weekend work as needed
Minimal Travel One annual developer conference trip
