Collaborate with customers and internal teams to discuss project proposals, timelines, and statuses, and provide technical support and guidance as needed. Troubleshoot technical issues and work with internal teams and customers to resolve software and system maintenance and design problems. Analyze data, plan, and recommend new system installations and existing system modifications to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Consult with the engineering team to evaluate interfaces for software and hardware, develop performance and specification requirements, and design and develop software solutions using data science and analysis. Prepare and submit reports on programming projects, including activities, status, and specifications, to stakeholders and management. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
