Responsibilities:

Β Purpose: Provide tailored solutions to clients to meet their specific requirements.
Β Follow up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Β Purpose: Enhance customer retention and loyalty to drive repeat business.
Β Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
Β Purpose: Contribute to the company's growth and success by achieving sales quotas.
Β Attend all online and in-person training as well as team meetings
Β Purpose: To learn everything you need to know about the industry and to help you become one of the best in the field.
Qualifications:
Β 2 years or less of experience.
Β Possession of a Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
Β Customer service experience.
Β Sales experience.
Β Availability for full-time employment.
Β Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Β A valid driver's license.
Β Must be 18+ years of age.
