In this position, you will:
Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations ā no selling required!
Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career

Requirements
ā¢ No experience required!
ā¢ Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
ā¢ Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
ā¢ Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
ā¢ Availability to work afternoons and evenings
ā¢ Currently hiring for 10am ā 6pm shifts
ā¢ Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
ā¢ Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6ā8 hours/day)
ā¢ Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
ā¢ Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
Benefits
ā¢ Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
ā¢ Average first year earnings: $55k-$75k/yr
ā¢ Top reps earn $85k+/yr
ā¢ Consistent M-F schedule
