About the Role As an Entry Level Retail Merchandiser, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring that products are displayed, stocked, and merchandised to perfection. You'll work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your assigned territory and build strong relationships with store associates and management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-store merchandising activities, including product placement, resets, and displays, to drive sales and customer engagement. Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management. Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked. Travel locally within your assigned territory to visit stores and conduct merchandising activities. Utilize data and insights to inform merchandising decisions and drive sales growth. Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to build your skills and knowledge in retail merchandising. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Be at least 18 years old. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We're offering a competitive salary of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
