Entry Level Remote Monitoring Specialist
We have an immediate opening for an Entry Level Remote Monitoring Specialist to join our growing team. This position will remotely interface with our nationwide customers providing support in battery monitoring and data management. Responsibilities...
Monitor batteries for contracted customers.
Review, report, and document data on battery issues and conditions.
Analyze alarm data and notify customers with recommendations based on their contracts.
Provide customers with timely advisories including trending and analysis data.
Gain an understanding of the companys full range of products and services as well as our battery monitoring data management software.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Experience & Education Requirements
High School Diploma.
No experience is required for this entry level position.
Requirements:
Excellent communications skills, both in written and verbal form.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Computer literacy and proficiency with keyboard skills.
Eager to learn new skills and gain knowledge.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail, great work ethic, and a team player.
