Monroe Christian School in Parachute, CO is looking for one entry-level remote data entry specialist to join our team. We are located on 1230 W Battlement Pky #J305. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
Data Entry Tasks:
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases or spreadsheets.
Transfer data from paper formats to digital systems.
Data Verification:
Review data for accuracy and completeness.
Correct errors and inconsistencies in data entries.
File Management:
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
Retrieve data and generate reports as required.
Administrative Support:
Collaborate with team members to complete projects.
Provide support with other administrative tasks like document formatting or email communication.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information securely and ethically.
Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Additional certifications in data management or administration (preferred).
Experience:
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles (12 years preferred).
Familiarity with remote work environments is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized tools like QuickBooks).
Knowledge of data management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
Typing speed of 5070+ words per minute with high accuracy.
Key Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
