* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
* Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of careerzynith products and services.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
* Adaptability to changing technology and customer needs.
* Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
