(Entry Level) Remote Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an entry-level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with empathy and accuracy
Provide product and service information, features, and benefits to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior representatives
Document customer interactions and update records in our database
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates through training and development programs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
0-2 years of customer service experience; entry-level candidates welcome
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
