Requirements
Excellent written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support software
Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related queries
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Document and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism
