Entry Level Pharmacy Technician / Data Entry Clerk (Remote)
Position Overview In this role, you’ll support our pharmacy operations by accurately entering prescriptions, verifying information, and maintaining quality standards. You’ll work closely with pharmacists, healthcare partners, and internal teams to ensure every prescription is processed with accuracy and care. Responsibilities • Enter new and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy system accurately and efficiently. • Verify patient, prescriber, and medication information. • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA. • Maintain detailed and organized prescription records. • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding order status or clarifications. • Support continuous process improvement within the pharmacy department. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred but not required. • Prior experience in data entry, healthcare, or pharmacy a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting. • Basic computer literacy; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
